Superman Review
I’m very much keeping this one spoiler free as I don’t want to delve too deep into it right now. As you may know, this film is the beginning of the James Gunn DCEU, after Marvel stopped working with him. Terrible decision from Marvel, as it means that their competitor has the advantage of the better director, as James Gunn and Ryan Coogler made the best MCU films in my opinion. So now that the most recent addition to James Gunn’s collection of films is here, and the beginning of a lineup of new comic adaptations in the DC canon, is it good? Yeah, I think so, but I do think it has its issues which I want to get off of my chest. Firstly, there was one character, and you’ll know who if you have watched the film, who was just insufferably annoying in every scene they were in, and they were in quite a bit of the film, as they were integral to the plot of the film, and finding Lex Luthor.
